Unable to pay insurance premium using Amazon Pay

I'm trying to make (Manipal Cigna) health insurance premium payment using Amazon Pay. But after entering the policy number and DOB,it shows the error message "Please check your customer account number and try again."

Insurance premium using credit card on Amazon has convenience fee.

But can anyone confirm if we load Amazon pay balance to required premium amount, would it still charge any convience fee?

I can get Apay balance using amex cards + smartbuy.

Want to be sure before committing to load large sum.

Make sure your insurance company is listed in amazon pay and it is able to fetch your premium. Else, your efforts will be a waste.

There are no convenience fees whatsoever, when paying bills using amazon pay balance.

Yes, that's why I mentioned it earlier. People buy GVs without thinking much then they notice amazon is not fetching it. Ultimately, all goes to waste.

Just a note to those who are facing issues with Manipal Cigna premium payment. If premium is not being fetched in home website or Amazon pay then contact customer care. They’ll share a quick pay link along with required instructions for premium payment. The link accepts Amex as well.

I dint see any option for Apay. Amex worked though.

Thanks, they sent a quick pay link where I'm able to pay via diners black but there is no apay option.

Read in a couple of places that people have used JustDial to pay insurance premium via Amazon Pay balance but at a 2% surcharge.
