Unable to receive OTP for Paisabazaar and Neu for mobile app

i am unable to receive any OTP for paisabazaar and neu apps on my mobile phone, when i use their app (android).

i am able to receive otp on my email for neu.
i am able to receive otp for paisabazaar when i trigger the login on website.

all other app OTPs are working fine on my mobile phone.

anybody knows what might be the problem?

Did you try tatadigital website for the same purpose you doing on neu app? See if otp comes when used their website

I am also facing issue with tata neu app since last 3 days, tried multiple times, multiple ways, tata neu app is not working. I am not able to login.

tried it now. still didn't work. i always get otp on email. also checked settings, no such option to start/stop mobile otp.
although I receive marketing SMS from neu without any issue 🤦‍♂️

if you can login to your Neu account then try to use Chat option to discuss your issue with them.

not a big issue for me as i can login via email otp on neu, but i did escalate it to paisabazaar and they refused to take responsibility, saying that it is my problem.
so was curious to know if it is an app specific issue, or some settings in my mobile had changed and if anyone knows how to fix it.
