Unable to redeem Amazon prime vouchers - SBI BPCL Points

I have redeemed sbi bpcl points to get Amazon prime vouchers.

Now when I try to add to my Amazon account below is the message


We are sorry. For this Offer you have exceeded the number of promo codes you can add to this account.

Any suggestions?

Look at the terms of voucher written in sbi bpcl page. Make sure it’s not a promo. If proper voucher contact amazon care say unable to add

I have 550rs existing prime voucher added. I did it when Amazon let you add multiple promo codes in one account and I accumulated multiple.

Now i am short of 949 for 1499rs yearly prime membership. Can I buy 799 worth amazon prime voucher from Gyftr for some discount and add it? As currently when I am adding another promo code it's showing error that I have exceeded the limit. So the paid voucher is eligible to add?

I think u can follow this option:
Buy anytime gift card for exactly 249. Reduce your balance to 700 from 949, then add 799 voucher.

The same thing happened when I tried to add a ₹150 Amazon Prime voucher—it showed the same error. I have a balance of ₹55 in my Prime voucher account but am unable to add any new Prime vouchers. I received vouchers from three different sources—Swiggy, CRED, and one other—but I am unable to add any of them.

probably amazon patched this thing at present u cant stack or say add multiple vouchers and redeem it so i guess u wont be able to add any more vouchers so better use that available balance and buy prime

Hmm! But in the error its specifically mentioned "promo cores" and the vouchers I purchase aren't promo codes they are normal vouchers so their maybe different t&cs for them.

try to add it in other account it will work basically u cant stack thats why its giving this error maybe use up the balance make it 0 and then try on this same acc it may work

My query was to stack a paid voucher on top of the promo codes.
