I am unable to redeem points while booking flight through Smartbuy. The domestic and international transactions options are enabled.
Is this common? What should I do?
Maybe the issue lies with the system. I have booked flights before. I tried adding the card again(no option to remove the card), but getting the error as shown in screenshot.
