Unable to see PayZapp card number

I'm unable to see the PayZapp card number in the PayZapp app. The virtual card is just blank. Not sure if I'm missing something. Has anyone faced this?

don't know why I'm unable to see the card number, expiry date, and CVV. Is there are web version of payzapp or we can only access it via the payzapp app?
