Unable to set SMS / Email transaction alert

I have tried the online website to set transaction alert since last few days.. its not working for me.. wanted to ask if anyone has been successful..

Also can we set SMS / Email transaction alert through the mobile app.. I signed in the mobile app but am unable to locate the section from where I can do this via mobile app.. can help in locating the section in mobile app will be appreciated..

I am unable to set sms/email transaction alert preference... like I do not receive email when I make a payment to AMEX for card dues..

For sms/email alert you can not manage that from app or web portal. You need to connect with cc for the same.
