Unable To Understanding Credit Card Application Status

I had applied online for bob credit card 3 week ago ie at 23 may, m also sucessfully completed VKYC at 27 may. But, why bob credit card application status showing " You are video KYC (VKYC) is pending. The customised link for VKYC is already sent to your registered mobile number and email id. Please complete the process at the earliest. Any idea ?

Yes, i contacted by email, instagram, & twitter but not found any satisfied answer...they are replying different answer everytimes.

Please use this screenshot and escalate to crm1@bobfinancial.com, stating you are done with VKYC and the application is pending at their end.
