Unable to unlock aadhar biometric

Hi,

I am unable to unlock my aadhar Biometric. Seems some issue from @UIDAI and they are not responding properly. Because of this issue my house registration stopped.

Some one please help me to resolve this issue as it causes me heavy loses.
