Unable to Use Airtel Axis Rupay Card on Airtel Thanks App

TF Buzz
I recently got the Rupay variant of the Airtel Axis Credit Card but I cannot make any transactions in Airtel Thanks - I Tried Unistalling, Clearing Storage, and different numbers, all the permissions are enabled- Even personalized experience is on.

Tried connecting with Airtel - but they told me its an issue on the Axis side and vice versa from the Axis team. They are not getting the transaction info.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wow! How did you get Airtel Axis in RuPay btw?
few months ago due to a glitch in their systems, few people were able to see airtel rupay card in pre approved cards section
Many of us applied for this card and currently using it
there were some issues related to cashback credit but they recently solved the issue
Currently, they r not issuing this card to any customer

Axis bank gives option to choose your card network on their pre-approved credit cards offer section for existing customers.
Nope. Atleast now in current time it does not. I am using this Airtel Axis credit card since 4 months. I had Flipkart & MyZone LTF earlier. I applied from Axis mobile app as pre-approved only. But this particular CC was not given on Rupay. I even tried recently for one of my friend who has existing relationship with Axis. He is getting this CC on pre-approved offer too. But not in RuPay variant.
I called like 1 month back to customer care, they said Axis no more offering this card on RuPay.

Hmm this might be the correct explanation I was looking from long time
