Unable to use iMobile and Netbanking APAY CC

Today I have received my card. When trying to login via Netbanking it is showing mobile number not registered but OTP is coming.

Also when using iMobile it is showing Pocket Wallet activated in your number.

How to fix that issue ??


FYI - I called support and they asked me to a day. Anything else I need to followup ?

Internet Banking login for APay

Hey there I have got an APay card, but there's no Internet Banking (IB) enabled on it. I was told by ICICI customer care that I can't have an IB login for just holding the card. The only way to cross check the billing is via statements. Anyone in similar situation or is there a way out? Best P
