Unable to Verify Axis Bank Credit Card: No OTP & NFC Issues – Need Help!

I am unable to verify my Axis Bank credit card on Google Pay, Samsung Wallet, and CRED because I am not receiving the verification OTP, and customer care seems unaware of the Tap and Pay feature using NFC on phones—can anyone help me fix this and receive the OTP to verify my card?

I have ported my number and when I am trying to add SBI Cashback card on Gpay it says to Call the Bank to verify. When I added it for the first time, I didn't face any such problem.
I called back and told them I wanted to add my SBI Cashback credit card on Gpay so as per the message either activate the card or give me a verification code but the Customer support was clueless. After keeping me on hold, they came back with a response that only a Rupay card can be added to Gpay. How long since you've been facing this ?
Because I've been trying to add my card since last month but failing every time to get an otp
And customer service seems oblivious to this problem, they are misunderstanding this with transaction otp, saying if you're receiving transaction otps the problem seems to be on your end.
