Unauthorised CIBIL Enquiry by SBI

I am able to see 2 enquiries on my CIBIL report for personal loan and home loan from Sbi. I did not apply for any of them. I read somewhere on the forum where someone mentioned that SBI has a different department that handles these cases. Can someone provide their email or else a link to that thread would be helpful.
(These may have been made by a shady agent who had took my documents for Prime card application but left the application hanging midway and stopped picking up my calls)
And SBI being SBI how much time & efforts would it take to get these removed???

High time RBI introduces some regulations for credit card processing by agents.

I feel like there should be an option to 'Lock' and 'Unlock' in Cibil. When it is locked; no bank/ institution should be able to access Cibil data.

When a person wants to apply for a CC, Loan from a bank, he can 'Unlock' his Cibil and then go to the bank to apply. ( similar to Aadhar Biometrics Lock)

Does it show SBI (not SBI card) as enquirer? I have a similar enquiry with type “Other”, trying to get it removed, unable to find the email to which I can complain.

I also got an unauthorized cibil enquiry from SBI (not SBI card) with enquiry type "Other" today. Did you get any solution to remove the enquiry? Did they open any unauthorized loan/credit card account in your case?
