i am been offered yes bank uni card. I only want for yes bank related offers. Can you please confirm uni card powered by yes bank will work for yes bank offers?

I'm certain it should work. UNI is like a partner card and not the usual co-branded card like myntra, amazonpay, Flipkart, swiggy etc which are platform based co branded cards.
For more clarity, suggest me a website where Yes Bank offer is available now, I'll check whether it's working.

Edit1: I've checked it on Ajio and it's working fine.
