Are these issue with unipay or bbps system?

Is canarasethu good to pay bills and earn rewards?

2 of my txns showed "session timeout" error. money got deducted but didnt reflect in the card, so paid again, waiting for refund. txn was done on 29th nov, so will wait for end of this week before raising a ticket.
