Unknown CIBIL enquiry from Central Bank

Hello all,

I can see a credit card enquiry in my cibil score for this month (June 2023) from Central Bank.

However, I've not owned any product from central bank, and neither have i ever applied for any of it's product.

But, I did get pre approved Onecard (unsecured card) partnered with Federal Bank last month (May 2023).

My question is, is my cibil enquiry related to Onecard? Does onecard report on cibil in the name of Central Bank?

And if not, how should i complain about this enquiry? Because I have no relation with Central Bank.

Raise dispute with CIBIL .Chances are there it may got removed from your enquiry.
Is it your first enquiry of the year in your CIBIL Report ?

It won't get removed you need to send email to rbi ombudsman and they will contact the bank. But it is hard way but you need to follow it up. In india credit bureaus don't remove but in US and UK if customer reports error to credit bureaus they will remove. Here credit bureaus have become like our politicians. They don't care abt customers they just do copy paste. That is why recently all three credit bureaus were fined by RBI

Did you get any response from central bank?

I don't have any relationship with central bank I can see one enquiry from central bank in my CIBIL report.
Can you share email id of Central Bank pno.
