Unknown Credit enquiry in CIBIL

Today I got alert from CIBIL that new Credit Card enquiry reported by ATLAS. I have no idea about ATLAS. I haven't applied any credit card recently. How to remove this wrong enquiry?

Same here. An enquiry from Atlas for credit card. I haven't applied for any credit cards recently. Any idea how they made this enquiry without my consent?

Today I done KYC in Binance app..after 2-3 hrs I got Atlas enquiry alert. But Binance has no relation with credit facility. After Google search I noticed that ATLAS is foreign Credit card provider with negative Twitter feedbacks. Tomorrow this enquiry will reflect under CIBIL enquiry section after that I will try to raise dispute regarding this credit scam. Guys please keep updating regarding this issue.

I got Enquiry from both IDM and ATLAS. Me too will update once raising dispute.
Edit: Both my enquiries are for Credit Card and happened within a time frame for 2hrs.

I thought I was alone. A fake enquiry also came in my account in the name of IDM credit card. Don't have any idea how did they got my pan card and made a enquiry without my consent. I will raise dispute and if not resolved will also complain in RBI. Is this some kind of new scam?

Guys everyone please keep updating us regarding this issue, we all should complain and remove those fake enquiries . And take proper action against this fraud company/nbfc whatever they are.

Is there some data leak? Guess our PANs are being circulated freely and nbfcs are putting enquiries - I suspect Mobikwik maybe or some common app which all of us use.

I never gave pan card number in mobikwik. But there might be a data leak from somewhere.But can any nbfc make a hard enquiry without our consent? If we all complain with proper proofs in RBI, That nbfc may be hardly punished.

And CIBIL is pretty careless removing those fake enquiries. Sometimes they close the dispute without any proper solution.But this time I won't let this matter go. I will fight until this fake enquiries be removed from my CIBIL.

Anyway did anyone find those names on nbfc's list? I didn't find their name anywhere even in Google there's no proper information available about who they are?

Better consolidate info about your existing credit cards, prepaid cards and loans from other nbfc, commonly used apps so we can trace the culprit. Obviously without revealing other data.

Damn this is not good, I did had cibil inquiry by hdfc for cc on 4th sept 2023. that I haven't applied or check for any website or did any kyc and now reading so many comment. This is scary how come without otp cibil inquiry are showing up. Have emailed hdfc but they're coming up with their own bs. imagine trying to find some nbfc who cs might not even exist.
