Then where is proportionate rule yar. Its lottery only na, 4 applications got 0
Its actually mix kind, everyone who applied 90 shares got 10 shares on proportionate basis, but many people applied single lot also so the remaining SH quota shares are allotted in lottery basis

Yes.

1. AMC profit increasing at a rate of more than 30%, that's really good.

2. DEBT - ZERO

3. REVENUE - INCREASING AT ALMOST DOUBLE RATE

4. Company pays dividends to its customers - so that’s good.

5. P/E is below 40, so that's good, relative to HDFC.

RED SIGNS -

1. Well, I heard some rumours that NAREN is leaving, that would be a big problem for ICICI. But again, those are just rumours.

2. Competition is tough, but again, like I said, the market of MF is still very large in India. So that wouldn't be an issue in the long term.

See, the mutual fund industry in India is growing at a rate of more than 15-16% (correct me if I'm wrong), still has a lot of potential to grow. Its other bigger competitors, SBI and HDFC, both are doing exceptionally well. In the equity market, it’s the largest AMC in terms of AUM, and SIPs are growing at a very generous rate in India, so AMC will certainly benefit from it.

The name ICICI and Prudential is its biggest trusting aspect of its AMC; people see the names SBI, HDFC, ICICI, and they respond positively to it. I am talking about the population who are not aware of the equity market and who are still investing in LICs. So for them, these names bring assurance.

Have you analysed the Valuations/ Financial and other Parameters @ 2600 listing with peers, for future outlook ⁉️
