Regalia Gold Upgrade from LTF Millennia to FYF Regalia Gold

I am having LTF millenia and getting offer to Upgrade it to FYF Regalia Gold. Should I consider the offer? I don't use Lounge Access which is given by Regalia Gold . Please help me choosing.

Update: once I converted my Millennia LTF network from Visa to Rupay, the Regalia FYF offer is back on new card today.

seems these are coming in account based manner

like its fixed by hdfc system what they will give us
in between if we forcefully change our card, it doesn't matter to system 🙂

During sales Millenia gives instant discount + the 5% cashback capped at 1k per month.

If you buy a 40k phone with an instant discount of 6k you get additional 1k too. And if you hit quarterly milestone of 1L spend on this card you get additional 1000 agv voucher too.

Is this true for the Flipkart BBD 2025 sale that is going on? Also, what about HDFC Regalia Gold, does it too give RPs along with the instant discounts?

Millenia is best. Regalia gold had a history of forfeiting points on instant discount in the last freedom sales.
