Upgrade from Tata Neu Plus to Tata Neu Infinity

Those who are interested to upgrade their Neu Plus CC may do it by dropping a mail at TataNeuCardSupport@hdfcbank.com
They will reply back asking for your consent for upgrade.
Give them consent over mail and your card will be upgraded
I mailed them first on 11 April and on the 18th the request got approved and I can see a new card app.
The limit of my Plus card was 3L.

Please note that if you opt for an upgrade or variant conversion then accelerated NeuCoins on the unbilled transactions on the previous card account will not be posted.

Is it ok for those who have <1.5l limit on plus card?

Sorry, I do not have any idea regarding this. I asked HDFC executive about any minimum limit requirement, but he was also clueless.

I converted my Plus FYF to LTF by calling and mailing them several times. I did all these within two weeks of receiving my Plus FYF card and luckily they listened to me and converted my FYF to LTF.

If i m not able to convert it to ltf then i wl. Coz i dont think its 1770 rs per year is any good to me. Because plus already gives 3 per . For diff of 2 per i have to spend 8k per month to recover 1770 rs. I can easily achieve 1 lac usage with plus but not 3 lac of infinity

No its 1st yr free for me so wl contact them when last 2 months are left
