I hold a ICICI Emeralde PVC. Have spent Rs. 18 lacs since inception of card.
The app is not offering upgrade. How can I upgrade to Times Black or Emeralde Metal?
Can someone guide me?
Does ICICI downgrade the card if I am unable to upgrade the card? The reason is that I have a 24 month EMI running on this card.
