Upgrade to HDFC Platinum debit card

Hi,

I have standard savings account with hdfc
Recently i upgraded to paltinum debit card
I receieved the card 3 months ago...i already got 750x3 cashback too for CC bill payments...

But I still do not see the charges for that card.

Question is: will the annual fee charged at the beginning of the year (card issued first month) or the the end of the year(card anniversary) for that year?

Normally it will be charged at the end of the year (750 + GST)

Issuance fee will be charged in beginning and annual fee will be charged when one year completed or nearby that date... They deducted issuance fee two times, I complained and they refunded full amount, so my card has no issuance fee

I am assuming you too have standard relationship with hdfc bank... How/why did they reverse it?

I have normal savings account (₹ 2500 to be maintained)

I upgraded to Platinum debit card and card generated on next day. But I blocked card due to some reason before dispatching, and applied again

So they sent me blocked card and new card. Blocked card was even not active for a day...

Now they deducted fee for both card same day, So I asked them to reverse fee of one debit card. But they reversed both cards' fee 😄

Did you upgrade using netbanking? How long did it take for you to receive the card?

Can you state the timeline for upgrade?
After how many days, you could see the card online?
