Upgrade to Ragalia

I mail to hdfc team for upgrade existing millennia to Ragalia, they send me the upgrade from and ask salary slip/itr by email.
My existing millennia limit is 223000 and my net salary is 42000 and i am government salaried.
Any chance to upgrade to Millennia or i have to wait.
