Upgrading icici cc

How can I upgrade an existing icici credit card to a better version probably ltf.
eg: i have a mmt signature 6 months old and a platinum 1 day old(like its just dispatched today). So can I convert my platinum to coral or some other variant and probably ltf?
Limit is 3.9 lac shared.
No banking relation with ICICI

ICICI doesn't give upgrades that easily but you still have higher chances of getting upgrade as you don't have any relationship with ICICI...

I would suggest waiting for atleast 6 months/1year with regular usage. Try to generate state every month by atleast loading Rs.1 in PayTM wallet via CC. Then, you may try discussing upgrade possibility with ICICI CC (you may also threaten to close the cards) but they don't give upgrades (that too ltf) easily
