Upgrading Tata neu plus to INFINITY card.

Hello Folks, I requested for my Tata neu plus CC to infinity, and HDFC provded me below response but I'm little confused if anyone who already gone through upgradition process kindly please guide me....

1. As E-mail syas Accelerated point will not be carry forwarded, which ,means I will only received 2% and not 5% right?

2. I have pending neu coins around 3.7k which will be credited in December so will it be forfeited or lapse after card Upgrading? Or they carry forwarded.

3. As they have asked for card Priceing YES/NO, if we select NO will it be free..?🤪🫣


Any other things To consider while upgrading.....?

No I haven't got as the Neu Coins which was around 4K after TNRL points and other purchase rewards. The representatives suggested me as not upgrade as All Neu Coins will be forfeited and you will be assigned fresh account with ZERO rewards. So as per her suggestions I drop the Upgrade as there is direct loss of 4K.
