UPGRADING TROUBLE BOB SUPER SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Hi
I am trying to upgrade my Lite account to Super savings account via home branch.
Buy they are saying that some error is showing on the process. I have funded 20000 in the bank account for this purpose.
My branch is semi urben area.

1. Is it because of that the error is occurring.?

2.Is there any way to upgrade my account. ?
3. And how much time it will take to upgrade.?

option 1 - Connect with your bm. Give him/her a written complaint(keep one copy with you) and tell to followup with Regional Office if he/she can't do it.

It would have been better if you have shared what error is actually happening.
2.Is there any way to upgrade my account. ?
Branch is the way.
Mail to cs.ho@bankofbaroda.com and ask for upgradation. They will likely sort this out with branch.
Grievance Redressal is tricky with BoB so patience is expected.


3. And how much time it will take to upgrade.?
1 day if branch employees are competent.

If possible and not done already, politely ask BM to do it especially you have already funded that account.

They are trying to do. They are so coperative. They even said they will apply for select card from advantage account. But I came to know that it's not possible.

Good that they are cooperative.
Depends on the branch employees if they have done these processes before and might be struggling.

Knowing the actual error might help give some direction if any member has encountered that error before.

If you mean Rupay Select Debit Card, then here is the list of accounts that are eligible (which contains Super Savings):

Yes, Even if the branch staff agree to apply for the RuPay Select debit card on Advantage Account, the system won’t allow it. It will give a 'scheme code not eligible' error.
