UPI Credit card not supported on UTS. (Govt App)

Tried to recharge UTS wallet via Axis Ace credit Card but the card was blocked by the merchant. (Amazon ICICI card works)

Then I tried to recharge it using UPI on credit card. But they showed me that it's not supported. Then I have to use another card with 2.12% convenience fees. 😂😂😂.

So Govt rejecting their own instruments. But expect others (Small Merchants) to adopt it? 😂😂😂
