Does applying for Add on card mean new card (new number) for both primary and addon cards?
I applied for add on card and now my card number is showing as different card number, and when I went to manage card option in SBICard App.
It is also showing add on card in list too.

My Card variant is Simply Save RuPay Card.

Got add on card for my spouse, only few sms are coming to her mobile while tried UPI and it is not working mentioning no card is registered with this number. But in netbanking number and email ID both are correct

Yes, got call from PNO and it is working now. apparently there was a technical issue. Now my spouce already got Pixel card during the whole escalation, so, this addon card has become useless 😆

SBI is useless when it comes to giving privileges to add on card holder. No app access, no customer care support, no online login access nothing for the add on card holder
