UPI Number linked to Paytm

Earlier, whenever someone sent me money via UPI, I’d receive it through the app they used. But now, somehow my number got linked to Paytm as the default app. So, no matter which app sender use to send me money, it always lands in Paytm. Is there any way to switch it back to how it was before?

Number gets linked with only one app. If you want to make any other app default,then open that app, you will get popup their to make that default

Install yespay app...Link mob no yespay app and then disable it....Yes pay provide option to disable linked mobile no...After that no one will be able to pay u using mob no.

That's the thing — I don't want to link it with any app. I just want money should be received in the same app it was sent from.

same issue
i linked it with gpay once so all the trx i received were coming on gpay
now after delinking it, no one is able to send me money using my mobile number

tried everything...
at the end i had to link it back again
