UPI's getting rejected

Update gave a written complaint to sbi and told them that will escalate to nodal team. They did something and received a sms that upi is enabled but still after sending money to that upi id same error showed up. Then they said that they are removing the registered number and reentering it so received a sms again that number is updated, contact branch if not done by you. Then they said to send YES to 8108015880 to confirm this change. It was done but not getting any confirmation message after sending a text message to this number. Now even the internet banking is blocked as it says that no number is registered with this savings account. The branch is saying that after sending YES to 8108015880 one gets an auto reply and this change is confirmed. But no such sms is coming. Have to make payment to someone from this account using neft today. Please help.

SBI is baap of all super security, especially when needed to do something urgently.

Login OTP.
Time to change password.
Again OTP.
Password changed succesfully.
Again login OTP.
Initiated transaction, again OTP.
Time to change transaction password.
Now OTP not coming.
Resend OTP after 2 Min.
Again OTP seems not coming on phone.

Waiting and than resend again after 2 Min.

Again OTP received and entered but authentication of OTP failed.
How- Cheking again in phone, yes OTP is correct 💯 🤔, how it got failed.

Checking each and every OTP, after struggling few minutes.

Realisation - in a hurry entered old OTP.
Than
Again login OTP.

Login... OTP ...Changed successfully... OTP.
After Struggling for 30 Min.

Adding new payee, again OTP....

Cool down period is 4 hours.

Let's try instant transfer.

Than again OTP.

Now , successfully paid 25000 via instant transfer.

Ahhh....SBI is sometime takes time, but security is superb, if I can't withdraw money easily..... Hacker कैसे आराम से निकाल लेगा !!!

Try other method, or SBI ATM.
