No as of now icici has only 1 option to cancel credit card emi and that is through its toll free number 1800-1080, I have cancelled a few NC-EMIs and it takes 2-4 mins and the agents cancel the emi without any hassle.

I also cancelled emi it was instant. Note you won't be charged any fee for closure but you will loose your reward points
