How to Upgrade Axis credit card other than calling customer care

How can I upgrade an axis credit card other than calling customer care. Is there any form available like HDFC etc

Oh cool. my highest limit is 2L on ACE but no cards were showing for me in upgrade section so was wondering.
Wish HDFC follows this too.

With 2 lakhs there will be many cards on offer,update the app .the new update is quite good

Is it? Am using latest App only. Whenever i click on upgrade credit card button, it says no offer available currently only showing.

If you are holding Axis credit card only then you won't see any upgrade option in app. If you have saving account as well then you can see other cards which you can apply with same shared limit.

If you have limit of 3 lakhs then you can easily get Magnus card.
From your mobile app, click on hamburger menu on left side -> Apply Now-> Credit card, you should see Magnus as pre approved.
If not then you can get it via webchat with cc executive, just tell them you want Magnus card.

Hi, I applied for the Magnus card on Friday, how much time did the entire process take ? If i try to track the application, It is showing only Application received after that no update. Also how did you apply offline or online ? , i have applied offline through branch sharing income document's.
I have flipkart card with 1.46L limit so applied fresh one

I am not sure about the Offline process timeline - The card will be delivered to you in 5 days after acceptance. and normally it takes 3 days for application for a result - once you get an SMS that your card is under review.

2.62 lac on flipkart. And the limit is the same. Aggregate of both cards.

Vistara Infinite Base Limit is 2L - that's the reason for no hard inquiry, and you had more than the 2L limit. If you would have applied for Magnus - they would have done a hard inquiry as Magnus base limit is 3L.

Earlier they used to allow card change over call. No longer though. And they claim that Ace is no longer offered. The only way is to apply for a new card online or via branch.
