I need advice regarding an ATM withdrawal issue with Canara Bank. On 9th February 2025, I attempted to withdraw ₹500 from an SBI ATM at IIT Ropar Campus. Unfortunately, the money was debited from my account, but the cash was not dispensed.
I waited for one whole day, but no automatic reversal happened, so I raised a complaint with Canara Bank on 10th February 2025. Now, it has been 5 working days, but my complaint is still unresolved. My home branch is in Ghaziabad.

- What is the typical resolution timeline for such cases?
- What should be my next steps if the bank does not resolve my issue soon?
- Should I escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman or RBI CMS Portal?
- Since RBI requires a written complaint document, how can I obtain one from the bank?
- I have preserved the ATM slip.
