Urgent ! Fraud with UPI . What can I do ?

So, Paid someone on UPI around 60K for helicopter tickets yesterday. When reached destination turned out all were fake tickets. What all remedies do I have to get my refund.

Paid all amount from my 2 bank accounts via UPI in 3-4 transactions

Bank will not help without FIR as this issue is not related to bank.he has willingly paid money to someone how is that banks fault.also how can bank freeze someone's account without a court order or instructions from police.

It's tough to get these tickets for upcoming days online , You can book tickets only off a month later I suppose and the agents have these tickets pre-booked so went the agent route.

This is the official website to book helicopter rides for Vaishno Devi. Why did you paid to someone's personal UPI ID?

I think that's where dispute comes in, where intermediary helps .. However I have submitted my written application to police. Reached to both the respective banks. Filled dispute via NPCI. Will be registering cyber crime online aswell. Maybe these proofs might help not sure though.

It is good that you have given a written complaint.lets see what the police do.if police dont take any action in 10-15 days, other remedies are available.lets wait and watch.
