Urgent help on interest charges

I missed a payment of 60k and then they charged me an interest of 21k . Should I complaint to the RBI OR just go with the 5k they are offering .

As per RBI guidelines, interest should be charged only on dues left. Not on the total bill 😢.

Better you email to PNO with reference links & if they don't waive charges, complaint in RBI. For now, pay the dues first IMO.

THIS WAS BACK IN JANUARY .
RECENTLY I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT THE RBI OMBUDSOM

If 30 days past since first complaint in bank. Escalate to RBI.
