Urgent help needed- Need your valuable suggestions for RBIO escalation...!!!!

I think you misunderstood , i have sent 22 emails to sbi team not rbio before escalating ,and one more thing the issue was happening from november month , i had already given enough time i believe
I clearly understood that you sent 22 emails to SBI. I'm saying if you share those many proofs with RBIO, it would be spamming. Those folks at RBIO don't have that much time to go thru the plethora of documents. Missing important points would become inevitable in such scenario.

Also, do you really think, they would play the audio file in their system and forward the same to bank's Ombudsman team via email? No.

Initially i only asked questions to clarify from the sbi team , they know they clearly cheated me on the issue(with recordings proof). They simply told they already removed cibil hit from cibil query infact they did remove one query, they left other one in my profile
For this i acknowledged this hit and clearly asked customer care to proceed only if sbi cashback card can be possible from his side they acknowledged and did kyc too. In verification call they told its simply click and i denied and asked why did they raise for simplyclick in response i received it cannot be possible to raise cashback from customer care side
Is this not cheating ?

What are we discussing in this thread? A suggested way to file RBIO complaint or a particular issue?

Anyways, that's the reason you should communicate with banks via email. A written proof.
Also, in a credit card application process, the said card cannot be guaranteed. It all boils down to bank's discretion. Only if it was in written from the bank that they would process the said card to you, you could challenge the outcome.
 
Is it effective to send my detailed complaint to the RBI Banking Ombudsman via email, as the online portal is limited to 2000 characters? How will I receive an intimation after my complaint is received, processed, and closed? Since email allows me to describe the issue more clearly, please let me know???
How to track the complaint as I escalate it manually via email??

File the RBIO complaint here only: https://cms.rbi.org.in/cms/indexpage.html#eng and not via email. Same portal can be used to track the status of complaints.
Limit your description to 2000 chars. Sending anything via email (when not asked for) will not be entertained by RBIO.
RBIO will entertain your email only when it is reaching out to you via email for a response.
You will get the complaint number via acknowledgement email.
