My Family Member Opened Select Account Online... Today Welcome Kit Received and Tried to Register for Net bank.. But Even After Correct Details It says Authentication Failed..

Now its showing that Your Debit Card is blocked due to incorrect Debit card Details..

He can't login via app also..

App says mobile number is not registered for mobile banking.


Plz help it's normal or Because it's Indusind.. So We need to compromise ??

One user in technofino.in mentioned somewhere that after 12:00am he tried and it worked... So is there any options?

Online account won’t fully activated in IndusInd without a branch visit
In my case they said online account will do kyc but cdd to be done by branch only
