facing weird problem with HDFC

i am able to add hdfc millennia card
also able to see mandate

but when tried to cancel it
"Invalid Details" is showing on top right corner of page

customer care said i have to contact the company (Times Prime) or stop from Times Prime app

but i think Times Prime will charge me,

don't know why hdfc bank providing e mandate cancel option when it's not working properly

i am thinking to mail Times Prime to cancel my subscription citing no HOTSTAR


any other way to cancel e mandate for HDFC card ???
