Abhishek, slightly off topic question. I have never been able to load money to Fortum wallet. Each time I try to recharge the wallet, I get an error saying Sorry recharge is not available at the moment. Have tried it on multiple occasions at different times of the day but to no avail. Is there something that I am missing? 🤔

Add money was available 2 days ago, 6 pm to 7 pm.

Phir 6 days ago, 11 am to 1 pm.

Read DD post last comments, you will get notify when add money will available.

How do you process kyc for mayaa? I've tried several times, authenticating with aadhaar otp as well. Always returns back to home page. Do not wish to try fortum because I think they send a physical card
