Used SBI JCB Platinum Rupay Credit card for Internation Transaction and Charged Twice - Complaint Not moving forward - Need help

Hey my account is in silver segment only - it worked still. I didn't even visit branch - just called by Assistant Manager and she applied for me.

After 24 hours international transactions should work I guess. I'll wait and try day after tomorrow.

Which website you tried ?

All International websites are not supported, specially recurring payment, subscription based websites.

Claude - none of my cards are working now unfortunately. Tried ICIC APay, HDFC Swiggy, Fi Debit, Yes Uni NX and all of then failed :/

Yes that makes sense for claude but then I tried on Fastmail and other places too. Nowhere SBI JCB DC is working. I tried with Coral Rupay and it's working as Discover card just fine wherever Discover is accepted.

@Abhishek012 does CNP / Ecomm transaction even work with this card? Cause it's failing on every International site I tried.

What's the conversion fee and markup fee charged by ICICI bank ?

Bro, read the first post @sarathtg successfully used SBI RuPay JCB Debit Card in Linux foundation (online payment)

Here, another @Walter White successfully used in Harvard university (online payment) using SBI RuPay JCB Debit Card (also 0% conversion fee and 0% markup fee) -

For international transactions, Diners Black has always been my preferred card. Thanks to the fact the website did not accept Diners and I did not want to use AU Zenith which would have been a break even case, I decided to go with SBI Rupay-JCB Debit card because of zero forex markup.

Total amount: USD 153.75

Amount in INR (spot rate): 12,788 @ 83.17
Amount in INR (deducted): 12,795 @ 83.21
Amount in INR (Visa Rate): 12,804 @ 83.27

Overall found JCB conversion rates to be competitive.

Not settled completely yet so not sure but "it works" with ICICI Coral Rupay - 0.00 transaction is just for adding card on that website so it charged $0 for verification. And I did try for $1 which worked just fine. SBI JCB never works on any of sites I try unfortunately.
