Using 2 different accounts on giftedge for magnus and Reserve

Hi, i hold both the Axis Cards - Magnus and Reserve.
I want to know if we can make seperate account with different phone numbers for magnus and reserve?
This is mainly to take benefit of limit imposed on these cards on per month basis or first 30/60/90/120 days.

Is there any issue with this? Can Axis team block my accounts or cards?
