Using BoB Card for NPS Payments

I am thinking to use my BoB ICAI Card to make NPS Payments.

Does BoB count it under utilities/online spends, as I will be able to get close to 5.25% return in that case?

Is payment in NPS tier II is happening through credit card now also as PFRDA has stopped the facility of using credit card
