Using upi credit card in ATMs with upi withdrawal

Hi All,

This my first post , pradon me if my question is silly.

I had a idfc select credit card with upi activated , can I use this credit card to withdraw money from hitachi ATMs which provide a upi qr code to withdraw money instead of using a credit card. Will there be any charges or any one used this please suggest.
