Does opening union bank super salary account for Rupay select DC LTF need actual salary credit or just salary slip?

Is employer tie-up needed ? also what salary documents needed please clarify

For account opening no tie up required, post opening depends on branch if they want salary mandate. In my case I just do NEFT every month and later transfer amount to other account, worked for me so far...

Docs- company ID, 2/3 salary slip, ITR last year
