Yes i was able to redeem the bb voucher.no issues faced.
Which card you have used for the thriwe?
I was facing the same issue, raised a ticket and after 4 days I was able to redeem it.
Although I didn't get any response on ticket, so it could be that it was fixed automatically.
I have used hsbc platinum. You are using which card?

Great pls let us know if you get any response on ur ticket. I was able to redeem amazon prime membership but getting error with bb gift card.
As I said, I was able to redeem it after a few days, but didn't get response on ticket.

Mine AU zenith and idfc select didn't work.
Bob eterna and HSBC platinum worked.

not working for me unfortunately.
EDIT: worked for me now. it seems there was an some issue at their end temporarily.
also, it will work only if you add primary cardholder's name even when you are registering addon card.

do we need to sign up at Thriwe with different email IDs for each card? or is it possible to use multiple cards on same Thriwe account ??

no, i just did it in the same app. you will just need to generate a new pass id for each card and enter it in the app, it will show 2 passes after adding it.
