Vistara CV points

Is there any other way apart from buying an extension to extend the CV points for Vistara? Could I possibly make any purchase using points or maybe transfer the points over from Vistara to some other airlines partner?

I guess transferring to a airline partner should help as they will have validity from the time of transfer.buying more vistara points won’t be of much help
