If I book Vistara ticket for my friend and family Member,

and I have “Gold Membership” so can they enjoy Gold Membership benefits?

Like Priority Check-in, Extra Baggage and Premium Lounge

No it's member exclusive

Gold membership benefits are for CV gold member only. If you are travelling with family and on same PNR, I suppose they can use the priority check in counter since nobody would stop them if you go together.
However other benefits like additional baggage and lounge etc are not available to them.

Then there is no immediate benifit, even if you use the referral you would get 500 sign up Points.only when you fly.

Only for card holder tickets
