Does Vistara Gold Physical Card also gets delivered or is it just Digital Membership?

With reference to your email, we would like to advise you that we do not provide physical cards for CV members. Members can login into their account and download the e-copy of the card.

I emailed them for physical card, they said it will be sent in 45-60 days from the date your gold membership started

I emailed them and they said that they have stopped issuing physical card, but they also said that I should wait till my membership is renewed for them to print the physical card and send me. It’s confusing. Does that mean they issue the card only on renewal ?
