VKYC Failure on Jupiter Due to "Scripted" Marking – Any Second Chance?

Hello everyone,


My wife recently attempted to open a Jupiter account, but her VKYC was marked as "SCRIPTED" by the agent. She isn't fluent in English or Hindi, so she had written down the PIN code for reference, which the agent noticed during the call.


Has anyone faced a similar issue? Do they allow a second attempt, or is the account permanently blocked? Any guidance would be appreciated.

My Video KYC with NSDL Payments Bank was declined due to two reasons (first name last name swapping and mismatch in address as I moved to another place since opening the account). However, NSDLPB allowed me to do video KYC second time that went successfully. If the second attempt is against the RBI guidelines, NSDLPB would have blocked my account permanently. So, in general, multiple vKYC attempts are possible and allowed. Jupiter/Federal may have their own policies, though.
