Vkyc for declined application

Dear folks, recently I have applied for HDFC TATA INFINITY Credit Card. For 3 days post application, the application was under process. Later on trackghhing showed the application is DECLINED.

Today I have received an SMS link to complete VKYC.

Should I proceed with Video KYC or the application is already rejected?

Anybody got the card approved post Video KYC in this type of scenario?

It is understood that it may be a routine process with HDFC

If you gave any address other than what given in bank
They ask you for VKYC

Also email.them they might ask you some proof of residence
If it's via address mis match decline

Ok. Anyway, completed VKYC. Hope I can wait for a while before mailing

You should get an email regarding declined reason, if not clear mail them and ask for rejected reason.

Will do that. Currently the application is under process. Received the same through Email. But when I track from the link in their website, the application is declined

Drop mail to grivenace officer he'll approve your application 99% mine got approved in same way ask him the reason behind Decline
