Voucher not received for 15k spend within 90 days

My Wealth CC had the offers that spending 15k within 90 days will give me 500 voucher. i completed this spend, but didnt get the voucher.

bank replied me with this (attached screenshot).

anyone had faced similar issue?

do i need to wait 150 days (90 days of offer period plus 60 days after that)?

I received my 500 voucher yesterday only. I made a transaction of 19k on my select card 2 days ago and yesterday got the text with the voucher link.

Are you not seeing the banner which says something like 'your 500 waiting to redeem' like that..?

nope, just checked in the afternoon.

You just have to wait 2 or 3 days nothing more. Since it is 2 months check with them in twitter (for better response), hope you used proper mobile number and card number to login to above URL.

yes i logged in successfully. it also shows my correct reward points balance.
i have written to the pno now.

update:

Bank, after initially saying that i have to wait 60 days, now are saying that vouchers are only for new card issuance, and not upgrade.

going to rbi now. if i was not eligible, why was i shown the offer in 'know your card' tab of my idfc app, and also in my welcome kit?!

escalated to rbi with all the document proofs.
got my 500 today 🙂
